Cancellation Policy

We are able to operate best with at least 48 hours notice of a cancellation or rescheduled appointment. This allows us to give another guest the opportunity to fill the opened appointment. We understand that sometimes life throws us curveballs, and that an appointment must simply be missed. In the event of an emergency or an unavoidable situation, please call us at your earliest convenience to avoid any Rebooking Fees or Penalties.

Same Day Cancellation

For New Guests:

      -A Same Day Cancellation will result in a Rebooking Fee of 50% of the scheduled services prior to scheduling a new appointment. 

For Established Guests:

      - The First Same Day Cancellation will be given as a "Freebie".

      - The Second Same Day Cancellation will result in a Rebooking Fee of 50% of the scheduled services which is due prior to scheduling a new appointment. 

      - A Third and beyond Same Day Cancellation will result in a Rebooking Fee of 100% of the scheduled services which is due prior to scheduling a new appointment. At this point the stylist and owners reserve the right to move the guest to a Walk-In Only status.
